How does it work?

• You choose your email coaching package and complete your booking.
• You receive a confirmation email with the next steps.
• You start by sending an introduction email where you share your story, goals, and questions.
• Then you receive coaching for one full week on weekdays:

Start on Monday → ends on Friday
Start on Tuesday → ends on Monday
…and so on

Every reply is personal, thoughtful, and practical.

Depending on what you share that week, you may receive:
– personalized affirmations
– short meditations or grounding exercises
– soul practices or reflection prompts

These are not automatic — they are chosen intuitively and practically, based on what you are working through at that moment.
