Terms and Conditions for Digital\/Online Products and Subscriptions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders of digital\/online products and subscriptions made through the shop of twinsoulschool.com.<\/p>

By using an offer or placing an order via twinsoulschool.com, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Offers, Prices, and Payments<\/strong><\/h3>

1.1<\/strong> The listed prices for the offered products and services are in euros and include 21% VAT, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>

1.2<\/strong> Payment for digital products and subscriptions is made online through the available payment methods on twinsoulschool.com. Upon successful payment, the product is automatically delivered in the customer\u2019s account area.<\/p>

1.3<\/strong> By placing an order and completing payment for a digital\/online product, the buyer enters into a binding purchase agreement with twinsoulschool.com. The terms of this agreement are available on the website before and during the ordering process.<\/p>

1.4<\/strong> The purchase of a digital\/online product grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right to use the product. Intellectual property rights remain with twinsoulschool.com at all times.<\/p>

1.5<\/strong> twinsoulschool.com reserves the right to change prices and terms without prior notice. Changes will not apply to purchase agreements that have already been concluded.<\/p>

4. Copyright and Prohibited Use of Downloads<\/strong><\/h3>

5. Order Cancellation and Subscriptions<\/strong><\/h3>

5.1<\/strong> Digital products are non-refundable. Therefore, cancellation of an order that has already been executed and delivered is not possible.<\/p>

5.2<\/strong> Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the customer\u2019s account area, provided this is done before the renewal date of the next contract period. After cancellation, access to the service remains available until the end of the current subscription period. Refunds will not be issued, even if the subscription is not used.<\/p>

5.3<\/strong> twinsoulschool.com reserves the right to terminate subscriptions unilaterally in case of violation of these terms and conditions.<\/p>

6. Privacy and Data Protection<\/strong><\/h3>
